We hope you love your SALIMA piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
For U.S. Orders
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you’d like a different size or a refund, and we will issue a prepaid return label.
• Returns must be completed by mail, and items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Drop off your return at your nearest UPS or designated courier drop-off location using the label provided.
For International Orders
You also have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Please inform us promptly if you'd like a different size or a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be completed by mail, with items in original condition, tags attached, and carefully packaged.
• Please use a secure and trackable shipping method to return your item(s).
Receiving a Refund
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method:
• Credit Card: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received.
• PayPal: Refunds are generally visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the confirmation email.
Important Information
• You can only ship your return from the country where the original order was placed.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all original tags attached.
• If your return does not meet the conditions above, the parcel will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
